5. Family Groups and Content

Family Group Management

• Family group creators are responsible for managing group members
• All family members must comply with these Terms
• Parents are responsible for their children's use of the App

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (tasks, notes, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate others' rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Privacy and Data

7. Subscription and Payments

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
